CBH Industries specializes in reselling and subcontracting CNC manufacturing services. We facilitate the procurement of CNC manufacturing services on behalf of our clients. We do not directly provide CNC manufacturing services but act as an intermediary.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided by CBH Industries are subject to confirmation and acceptance by our suppliers. Orders are only deemed accepted when confirmed in writing by us or when we provide a Purchase Order number.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing information provided is accurate, but we are not liable for any errors or omissions.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the invoice or order confirmation. Failure to make payments as per the agreed terms may result in additional charges, suspension of services, or termination of the agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific agreement between CBH Industries and the Client. It is essential to refer to the individual agreement for details regarding cancellations and refunds.

7. Quality and Specifications

CBH Industries is not responsible for the quality of CNC manufacturing services provided by our subcontractors. We facilitate communication between the Client and the subcontractors. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the specifications and quality requirements are met.

8. Confidentiality

CBH Industries will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, subject to applicable legal regulations.

9. Liability

CBH Industries will not be liable for any direct or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, with or without cause, subject to any specific terms of the agreement. Termination shall not affect the rights and obligations of the parties accrued before the termination date.

12. Amendments
